Our ROTC Physical Fitness Assessment Training Program is developed to help cadets not only meet, but exceed the fitness standards set by the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force ROTC programs.

Our program blends traditional strength training with specialized drills designed specifically for the unique requirements of each ROTC branch, such as:

- Deadlift techniques for the Army's 3-Repetition Maximum Deadlift.

- Enhanced push-up regimens to excel in the Navy and Air Force's push-up tests.

- Endurance training for the varied run lengths across the branches.

- Pull-up and flexed-arm hang training for Marine Corps aspirants.

Our coaches, well-versed in the demands of ROTC fitness assessments, guide cadets through a systematic approach that ensures they're not only meeting but setting the bar for fitness standards.
