Want your team stronger by next season?
You're in the right place.
For more than a decade, Mighty Oak Athletic has built strength and conditioning programs for high school and club teams across DuPage County and the Chicago suburbs.
Football, volleyball, swim, softball, hockey — we've trained them all. Our coaches are CSCS-certified, our programming is built on press, pull, squat, and hinge fundamentals, and our athletes get stronger because we measure progress every single session.
Here's exactly how it works.
HOW MUCH IT COSTS
$10 per athlete per session
10-athlete minimum per team
WHAT WE RECOMMEND
Twice a week, for at least six weeks. That's the cadence where athletes actually get stronger. Once-a-week programs are available if that's what fits your schedule — we'll meet you where you are.
WHERE WE TRAIN
Your facility or ours. Most teams choose one of two options:
1. Train at the Mighty Oak Athletic gym in Westmont, IL. Full equipment.
2. We bring the program to you. Our coach comes to your school or club facility and works with whatever equipment you have — full weight room, dumbbells only, or zero equipment. Bodyweight programming is just as effective when coached properly.
WHEN WE TRAIN
You choose the days and times that fit your team's practice schedule. We work around your season.
HOW WE GET STARTED
1. Book a free intro session. We'll come see your team, or you come see our gym. Either way, no cost, no commitment. We'll talk through your team's schedule, goals, and constraints.
2. Pick your setup. Frequency (1x or 2x per week), duration (six weeks minimum, twelve weeks ideal), location, and time slots.
3. Athletes train. CSCS-certified coaching, structured nine-tier progression, one-hour sessions.
4. Missed sessions? No problem. Any athlete who misses a team session can make it up at a regular Mighty Oak Athletic training session — just book a slot online. Athletes don't fall behind because of conflicts.
WHAT YOUR ATHLETES WILL DO
Every Mighty Oak Athletic team session is built on the same foundation:
- Barbell, kettlebell, and bodyweight movements only. No machines.
- Press, pull, squat, hinge, and carry — the five fundamental human movements.
- Nine progressive levels. Each team is coached at their own level.
- Mobility work, structured warm-ups, and conditioning built into every session.
- One-hour sessions.
We don't do high-rep "team workouts" designed to look hard. We coach proper technique, load progressively, and measure results. That's why our athletes actually get stronger.
