About the Gym
Walk Through the Front Door
MOA isn't a chain gym, a CrossFit box, or a converted garage.
It's a dedicated youth strength and agility training facility built from the ground up for kids ages 6 to 18.
When you walk in, your kid will see:
• A turf training floor built for squats, deadlifts, and athletic movement
• Real Rogue barbells, kettlebells, and chin-up racks — not machines, not gimmicks
• The nine-level shirt wall that tracks every athlete's progress
• A cubby area where shoes and phones stay for the full session
• A parent viewing area so you can watch your kid work
The space is clean, bright, and built to host one group of focused kids at a time — not a crowded membership floor with fifty strangers. That's by design.
