FREE TRAINING SESSION

What We Focus On:

  • Vertical Leap – Develop explosive leg power to dominate at the net

  • Agility & Quickness – Improve movement on the court with cutting drills and footwork patterns

  • Shoulder Strength & Stability – Prevent overuse injuries from hitting and serving

  • Knee & Ankle Resilience – Build joint strength to reduce risk of sprains and strains

  • Core & Full-Body Strength – Support better posture, power, and control

Program Includes:

  • 12 professionally coached training sessions

  • Age-appropriate progressions for strength and movement

  • Individual attention in a small group setting

  • Guidance on warm-ups, cooldowns, and recovery strategies
