Program Highlights
• Progressive Training Cycles. Build functional strength, mobility, and conditioning under load using barbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight work — the three modalities every session.
• Recovery Strategies. Stretching, sleep optimization, and stress management to support resilience under operational tempo.
• Nutrition Education. Practical dietary strategies for energy, recovery, and sustained performance.
• AFT-Aligned Programming. Programs target the Army Fitness Test (AFT) — the test of record since June 1, 2025 — and the new Combat Field Test (CFT) for the 21 combat MOSs that face the higher 350-point combat standard.
Cost
• $180 per Soldier for each six-week session, three sessions per week at $10 per session.
• Training conducted at military facilities or at Mighty Oak Athletic’s facility in Westmont, IL at no additional cost.
