Our students embark on a series of nine distinct six-week modules, focusing on press, pull, squat, and hinge movements.

These modules are designed to guide them safely to their goals of enhanced muscle strength, growth, and cardiovascular stamina.

Under our guidance, students hone their techniques in foundational movements and power lifts, establishing safe and lifelong training disciplines.
