Volleyball Strength & Agility Program

This 12-session strength and agility program is designed specifically for youth volleyball players who want to improve athletic performance, jump higher, and stay injury-free all season long.

What We Focus On:

Vertical Leap – Explosive leg power built on real strength work, so your hitters and blockers own the net

Agility & Quickness – Cutting, footwork, and first-step speed for faster court coverage on both sides of the ball

Shoulder Strength & Stability – Volleyball's most common overuse injuries come from hitting and serving volume. We build the shoulders to handle it.

Knee & Ankle Resilience – Hundreds of jumps and landings per week demand joint strength. We train the landing, not just the jump.

Core & Full-Body Strength – Every athlete trains the five patterns that build complete athletes: squat, hinge, push, pull, and carry

Program Includes:

12 CSCS-coached training sessions at our Westmont facility

Age-appropriate progressions — every athlete trains at their own level within the team session

Small-group coaching with individual technique attention

Warm-up, cooldown, and recovery guidance your athletes take back to practice

A training culture that matches your program's standards — purposeful, positive, and earned

Pricing: $120 per athlete for all 12 sessions ($10 per session)
For: Teams and clubs, athletes ages 8 and up
Location: Mighty Oak Athletic – 6424 S. Cass Ave., Westmont, IL
Scheduling: We build the training block around your practice and tournament calendar. Contact Coach Mike to set up your team's schedule.

Whether you coach a first-year club team or a program preparing athletes for high school and national qualifiers, this training block is built around the specific demands of volleyball — the jumping, the landing, the overhead load. Sessions are led by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and your athletes train in the same facility and system used by teams across DuPage County.
