This program is designed for Hinsdale South Hornet football athletes. 12 sessions of structured strength and conditioning, coached by certified strength specialists, four miles down the road from your school (across the street from Westview Hills MS).
- Programming built specifically for football demands — explosive lower-body power, contact strength, change-of-direction speed, and the conditioning to deliver it in the fourth quarter
- Structured progression through the Mighty Oak Athletic nine-tier system
- Press, pull, squat, hinge, and carry — the five fundamental movements football players need
- Mobility work, warm-ups, and conditioning built into every session
Hinsdale South High School football players — varsity, JV, freshmen, and incoming athletes. Every Hornet gets coached at his own level. The senior outside linebacker and the incoming freshman lineman both train in the same session, both make progress, neither holds the other back.
WHAT THE TRAINING ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE
At Mighty Oak Athletic we don't workout — we train. Every session is built on a calculated progression with measured results, not random reps designed to look hard.
For football specifically, that means:
- Lower-body strength — squats and cleans for sprint speed, jump power, and tackling base
- Upper-body strength — presses and pulls for contact, blocking, and ball-carrying control
- Posterior chain power — for acceleration and change of direction
- Core and trunk strength — for transferring force from the ground through the hit
- Conditioning — built into every session so you finish strong in the fourth quarter

The Mighty Oak Athletic gym at 6424 S. Cass Ave., Westmont, IL — about 4 miles from the Hinsdale South campus (across the street from Westview Hills MS).
PRICE
$120 per athlete for the full 12-session program. That's $10 per session.
