WHAT'S INCLUDED

- 12 one-hour sessions (twice a week for six weeks)

- CSCS-certified coaching every session

- Structured progression through one full six-week cycle of the Mighty Oak Athletic nine-tier system

- Press, pull, squat, hinge, and carry — the five fundamental movements

- Mobility work, structured warm-ups, and conditioning built in

- Make-up sessions at no extra cost (any regular MOA training time)

WHO THIS IS FOR

Teams ready to commit to twice-a-week training. High school and youth club programs preparing for an upcoming season, or maintaining strength during one. Minimum 10 athletes per team.

HOW IT WORKS

Your coach books the team package via the Mighty Oak Athletic team landing page. Once your team's schedule is locked in, individual athletes register here for the six-week program.

WHERE

At the Mighty Oak Athletic gym in Westmont, IL, or on-site at your team's facility. Your coach picks the location during the intro session.

PRICE

$120 per athlete. 10-athlete minimum per team.
