We'd always recommend twice a week over once a week. Strength gains compound faster with the higher frequency. But if once a week is what fits your team's schedule, this program delivers a structured progression and real coaching — far better than no strength training at all.

Teams with practice schedules that only allow one strength training day per week — typically in-season teams with heavy practice and game loads, or programs sharing facility time with other teams. Minimum 10 athletes per team.
HOW IT WORKS
Your coach books the team package via the Mighty Oak Athletic contact page. Once your team's schedule is locked in, individual athletes register here for the twelve-week program.

A note for coaches: if your team can commit to twice a week, the six-week and twelve-week 2x packages produce noticeably faster strength gains. Worth a conversation during the intro session.
